Beyond the Therapy Room
Outside of her work as a psychologist, she enjoy spending time at the beach, traveling, exercising, dancing, reading, and most importantly connecting with family and friends. She values curiosity, lifelong learning, and finding balance through meaningful relationships and everyday moments.
These experiences remind her of the importance of connection, perspective, and self-compassion. And these values inform her work with her clients.
A Personal Note
Dr. Stack was drawn to psychology by a curiosity about the stories people carry beneath the surface and the ways experiences, relationships, and environments shape how we move through the world.
Over the years, her work has reinforced a simple belief: meaningful change happens when people feel understood, supported, and free to explore themselves without judgment.
Today, she draws upon her clinical training and years of experience to walk alongside clients, as they make sense of their experiences, deepen their understanding of themselves, and heal from the challenges they have faced. Together, she helps them to explore the patterns that have shaped their journey so far while creating space for growth, resilience, and meaningful change.
While we cannot change the experiences that have shaped us, we can develop a deeper understanding of them. Her hope is that therapy helps clients not only make sense of their past, but move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion as they continue writing the next chapter of their lives.
